Michael Niles
President
Prior to founding Great Day, Michael Niles worked at major advertising agencies in Los Angeles and New York including Chiat/Day, Bozell and keye/donna/pearlstein. His 25 years of professional experience also include senior marketing and creative positions with a broadcast production company, a web design and development firm, and a national fast food restaurant chain. Michael and his family live in Santa Clarita, California.

John Stein
Creative Director
As the recipient of numerous advertising awards from The Clios, One Show and at Cannes, John Stein is one of the most highly regarded creative directors on the West Coast. His 25 year career has also earned accolades from The New York Times and leading industry publications, including the title of All Star Creative Director from Adweek. In addition to his work with Great Day, John teaches advertising at USC.

Alex Alba
Creative Director/Hispanic Market
A seasoned creative and production professional in the U.S Hispanic market, Alex Alba brings over 20 years of solid advertising and marketing experience to Great Day. He is responsible for a wide range of award-winning, sales-increasing TV, radio and print campaigns for clients at the local, regional and national level - including Nissan, Goodyear and Subway. Alex and his family are residents of Santa Clarita, California.
